NHS Kent and Medway Patient Experience Team take on responsibility for complaints from Monday, 31 March. This replaces the current process through the South East Complaints Hub (SECH).

Afternoon Closure 27/11/24

Sandgate Road Surgery will be closed for important staff training on 27th November from 1.30pm to 5.30pm; the practice will reopen again on the 28th of November as usual.

Vaccination Site Opening

On Wednesday 6th November there will be a reduced service at Folkestone Football club, 8am to 1 pm. There will be no Wednesday clinics after 6th November. Saturday’s at Pencester and Sunday’s at Folkestone football club will continue.
