Mission Statement.
Sandgate Road Surgery is committed to providing a clean and safe environment for its patient’s, staff and visitors, in line with the infection prevention and control guidelines outlined in the Health and Social Care Act 2008 Code of Practice on the prevention and control of infections DH 2015. The practice will endeavour to meet compliance with the Code of Practice’s 10 Criteria* and will also incorporate the CQC fundamental standard requirements for:
